Tangible Assets
Intangible Assets
Intangible assets
also called real-intangible assets when tokenized, are non-physical resources such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, goodwill, and brand recognition that provide long-term value and competitive advantage to a business. Unlike tangible assets like buildings or machinery, intangible assets represent ideas, knowledge, and reputation. By tokenizing these assets, we enable them to be securely represented, traded, and fractionalized on digital platforms. For accounting purposes, intangible assets are often classified as having a definite life (e.g., patents) or an indefinite life (e.g., trademarks, brand value).
